How do I pay my WhatzAI subscription?
In Settings → Billing, choose your plan, check the preview, then pay by mobile money (MTN, Orange) in FCFA or by bank card / PayPal in US dollars. The subscription activates automatically once the payment is confirmed. Subscriptions are payable in advance and are non-refundable: you can stop renewing at any time, and the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
- The price is shown in FCFA for mobile money, or in US dollars for card / PayPal; monthly or yearly (−20%).
- You are redirected to our payment provider's secure page.
- On your return, WhatzAI checks the payment with the provider before activating.
- You receive a numbered receipt by email.
If the payment was debited but nothing activates after a few minutes, write to us with the reference shown: we will check and activate manually.
