WhatzAI is a service that connects an AI assistant to your business WhatsApp number to answer your customers, qualify leads and book appointments. By using WhatzAI, you accept the terms below.

What we provide

A dashboard to configure one or more AI agents, connect them to your WhatsApp number through Meta's official API, give them knowledge (documents, websites, products) and follow conversations. Some features announced on this site are still under construction: the dashboard clearly shows what is active.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give your agent, for the content of your exchanges with your customers, and for your own activity's compliance with WhatsApp/Meta rules (in particular the ban on abuse and spam). You remain solely responsible for the relationship with your own customers.

Billing

WhatzAI offers two independent services: the AI agent and the multi-number team inbox. Each has its own free trial, with no credit card, which starts when you choose the service: 24 hours for the AI agent (with Starter plan limits) and 72 hours for the team inbox. After that, the service is paused until a subscription is activated (Starter, Pro or Agency for the AI agent; a 2 to 5 user plan for the team inbox). Each plan has precise limits (number of agents, WhatsApp numbers, knowledge base size, monthly credits and reserved features) enforced by the service and detailed on the Pricing page.

When a paid subscription ends, a 24-hour grace period allows renewal without interruption. After that, the agent is paused: it then answers the business's customers with a neutral message saying the assistant is temporarily unavailable. The business's data (agents, conversations, contacts, knowledge) is kept for 30 days after the pause and then permanently deleted. Renewing before that date restores everything.

Payment is made online by mobile money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money) through an approved payment provider; payment by card or PayPal (in US dollars) is also possible, with PayPal as the provider; the subscription activates automatically as soon as the provider confirms the payment. Manual activation remains possible, on request at the contact address below, for a payment made outside the platform. Subscriptions are payable in advance and are non-refundable: you can stop renewing at any time, and your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. With card or PayPal you may choose automatic renewal: the same amount is then charged at each due date (monthly or yearly) until you cancel it, at any time, from Settings → Billing (or from your PayPal account); cancelling stops future charges and the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid. Mobile money does not allow automatic charges: each renewal is a new payment. The free trial lets you test the service before paying.

What the AI does not guarantee

The AI agent does its best from the information you give it, but it can be wrong. We do not guarantee the accuracy of every reply, nor any particular commercial result (number of sales, appointments or leads).

Availability

We do our best to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, notably during this launch phase, when free hosting can cause short wake-up delays.

Termination

You can stop using WhatzAI at any time. We reserve the right to suspend an account used to send spam, circumvent WhatsApp/Meta rules, or break the law.
