How do I connect my WhatsApp number to WhatzAI?
From your dashboard, open your agent's WhatsApp tab (or the team inbox), click “Connect my WhatsApp” and follow the Meta window: Facebook account, WhatsApp Business account, number verification by SMS or call.
Nothing to install. Connecting takes a few minutes. Note that the WhatzAI dashboard is currently in French; the Meta window is shown in your own language.
What you need
- A Facebook account (required for the Meta connection).
- A phone number that can receive an SMS or a call.
- Ideally a number dedicated to your business.
Steps
- Click “Connect my WhatsApp”.
- Log in to Facebook in the Meta window.
- Choose or create your Meta Business portfolio and WhatsApp Business account.
- Enter your number and the code received by SMS or call.
- Return to WhatzAI: your number shows as connected.
If the window closes or shows an error, simply restart the connection: the error message is displayed in WhatzAI to help you understand what happened.
