Can I keep the WhatsApp Business app on my phone?

Choose the option for numbers already used in the WhatsApp Business app when you connect.
What you keep
- Your conversations visible in the app.
- The ability to reply yourself from your phone: the AI then steps back on that conversation.
Good to know (Meta's rules)
- Open the WhatsApp Business app at least every two weeks, otherwise the link may break.
- Some app features (labels, quick replies, greeting messages) are not synchronised with the API.
- When a conversation is handed to a human, WhatzAI adds the word “Conseiller”: type it in the app's search to find them.
