Are my data and my customers' data protected?
Sensitive access (WhatsApp tokens, keys) is encrypted, each account only sees its own data, the connection is protected, and you can delete your account yourself.
- WhatsApp tokens, Google connections and personal OpenAI keys: encrypted in the database.
- Strict isolation: a customer can never access another customer's data.
- Two-factor authentication available on your account.
- Files are stored with temporary links, never public.
- Conversations and contacts: stored to run the service; see our privacy policy.
