How do I delete my account and my data?
In Settings → Account, “Delete my account” erases your agents, conversations, contacts, files and connections, after confirmation. Without renewal, data is also erased 30 days after the subscription ends.
- Type SUPPRIMER to confirm: the action is final.
- Payments and receipts are kept for accounting, without your conversations.
- You can sign up again later with the same address.
