Who we are

WhatzAI is published by DIFISOL TECHNOLOGIES, a company based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. We build tools that help businesses, especially small and medium ones, answer their customers on WhatsApp without spending their days on it.

What we do

• The WhatsApp AI agent: a virtual employee that answers with the business's own prices, hours and documents, books appointments, qualifies contacts and hands over to a human when needed. Learn more
• The multi-number inbox: all of a business's WhatsApp Business numbers in a single feed, for the whole team, with assignment, internal notes and statistics. Learn more

The two services are independent, each with its own free trial, and are paid in FCFA (mobile money) or in US dollars (bank card, PayPal). See the pricing.

Our principles

• Official API only. WhatzAI connects to WhatsApp through Meta's official API, never through a QR code or an unofficial tool. WhatzAI is a business verified by Meta and an approved technology provider.
• WhatsApp's rules first. Consent, STOP opt-out, the 24-hour window and approved templates are handled by the platform.
• Your data is yours. Sensitive access is encrypted, each account only sees its own data, and you can delete everything yourself. See the privacy policy.
• Honesty. We show no fake reviews or invented figures, and we only announce a feature once it exists.
