WhatzAI uses only Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, and DIFISOL TECHNOLOGIES is a technology provider verified by Meta. No unofficial tool (QR code, automated WhatsApp Web) is used. Your number remains subject to WhatsApp Business rules, like any business: respect your customers' consent and avoid spam. The platform helps you with this (STOP opt-out, Meta-approved message templates for campaigns).
They are two independent services. The AI agent automatically answers your customers on WhatsApp. The multi-number inbox gathers all your WhatsApp Business numbers into one feed so your team can reply. Each one has its own free trial (24 hours for the AI, 3 days for the inbox) and is paid separately; you can take one, the other, or both, and switch the AI on number by number inside the inbox.
From 2 to 5 users depending on the plan you choose, with as many WhatsApp numbers as you want. Each team member signs in with their own email address; you choose which numbers they can access. Beyond 5 users, we are preparing a custom Team offer.
Absolutely. You set up your assistant manually by describing your business, adding your products and importing PDF documents. A website is entirely optional.
You pay in FCFA by mobile money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money) on our payment partner's secure page, with no bank card. You can also pay by bank card or PayPal, in US dollars. Your subscription is activated automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, and a receipt is sent to you. No commitment: renew whenever you want, monthly or yearly (−20%). Subscriptions are payable in advance and are non-refundable; the free trial lets you test before paying.
Each automatic reply from your agent uses 1 credit; a campaign message uses more, because its real cost at Meta is higher. Your credits renew every month with your subscription.
Yes. From your agent's WhatsApp tab, the “Connect” button opens Meta's official window (no QR code): you sign in with your Facebook account, choose or create your WhatsApp Business account and confirm your number with a code received by SMS or call. Your number stays yours.
Your agent naturally replies in the language your customer uses, including French, English and many other common languages, with no setup on your side.
Sensitive tokens (WhatsApp and Google connections) are encrypted, your data is never used to train an AI model, and our webhooks verify a signature before accepting any message. Full details are on our privacy page; a formal data processing agreement (DPA) is in preparation.
