Pay your subscription
Pick your payment method and understand what happens next.
To do- In Settings → Billing, choose the plan and the length (monthly, or yearly with 20% off), then the payment method: mobile money in FCFA, or bank card / PayPal in US dollars.
- The subscription activates automatically once the payment is confirmed, and a numbered receipt is emailed to you.
- Subscriptions are payable in advance and non-refundable; you can choose not to renew at any time.

Change plan
Move up or down without losing anything.
To do- Same plan: the payment extends your subscription.
- Higher plan: it applies right away and the remaining time is converted.
- Lower plan: it starts at the end of the period already paid. A preview shows you the result before you pay.

Your data and deleting it
Know what is protected and how to erase everything.
To do- Sensitive access (WhatsApp tokens, keys) is encrypted, and each account only sees its own data.
- Settings → Account → “Delete my account” erases your agents, conversations, contacts, files and connections after confirmation. Without renewal, data is also erased 30 days after the subscription ends.
