Official API or unofficial tools
Understand where the real risk of being blocked lies.
To do- Tools based on a QR code or automated WhatsApp Web get around WhatsApp's rules: the number can be blocked.
- WhatzAI connects only through Meta's official API, with the official connection window.

Consent and opting out
Only write first to people who agreed.
To do- A person who writes to you first has opened the conversation. For the others (imported or manually added contacts), tick the consent attestation when launching a campaign.
- A contact who replies STOP is unsubscribed automatically and receives no more campaign messages.

Safe campaigns
Send a message adapted to each contact's status, at a reasonable pace.
To do- In Campaigns (Pro and Agency plans), write one message per contact status and personalise it with the first name.
- Choose a careful or normal speed: the daily cap on new recipients protects your number's quality.
- Outside the 24-hour window, only a Meta-approved template can go out: otherwise the contact is skipped, never sent by force.

What to do if a number is blocked
React calmly and reduce the risk of it happening again.
To do- Read the reason given by Meta, do not create new numbers in series, and fix the cause (consent, volumes, content).
